Currently im looking to cut bodyfat down to about 6 percent. After that im switching gears back into strength training trying to improve my max bench squat deadlift and rows.

I broadcast almost daily and most often on weekends from 8PM to 2 AM central time.

Id like to eventually make enough on here to put a down-payment on a small house.

Im on here because its fun and motivational. I enjoy meeting and talking to new people and doing shows gives me the motivation to keep pushing my fitness and life goals.
